• 250g unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • small bunch coriander, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbs Garlic pepper sauces


  1. In a small bowl, combine ½ tsp salt with all the ingredients. Mix together with a fork so everything is combined.
  2. Heat oven to 200C. Spread the Pepper brew garlic butter onto the bread, then wrap each loaf in a double layer of foil. Bake in the oven for 15 mins, then open up the foil and bake for a further 10 mins until crispy.
